Account and data deletion

Use the account deletion option in the app, or email contact@friendlysr.com with the app name, account email or user identifier, and the data to delete. We verify ownership to avoid deleting someone else’s records. No password is needed.

The request covers the account, profile and associated server content. Data stored only on a device or exported elsewhere must also be deleted there. Records subject to a legal retention requirement are kept for the required period.

If an existing and rebranded app share the same service account, deletion can affect connected data. Specify the apps and scope. Account deletion is separate from cancellation or refunds through Apple App Store or Google Play.
